of all the things that are 100% right with that picture, the thing I find truly hilarious is the idea of its publication in the METRO, of all the free bostonian papers it could possibly appear in. (for instance, had this popped up in say, the weekly dig, I'm not sure I'd find it nearly so hysterical- albeit equal motivation for an elective hysterectomy, hah.)
